Instructions
Fill your highball glass with plenty of crushed ice and add the rum, lime, and syrup. Use a bar spoon to swizzle everything together until the glass feels frosty. Top it off with a splash of soda and a generous float of bitters, then garnish with a big, fragrant sprig of mint.
