Instructions
Grab a shaker and combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with plenty of ice. Shake it well until it's nice and cold, then strain it into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with a splash of soda water and finish with a lemon twist for a bright, refreshing drink.
