Instructions
Grab a shaker and combine the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with plenty of ice. Shake it well until it's nice and cold, then strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute and top it off with the bubbly. A thin lime wheel on top makes it look just as elegant as it tastes.
