Grab a shaker and fill it with plenty of ice along with the amaretto, dark cacao, and cream. Shake it vigorously until the tin is nice and cold, then fine-strain it into a chilled cocktail glass. A light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg on top is the perfect finishing touch.
